As liquid rises and falls in the sensor tube, an enclosed 360 deg. permanent magnet float rises and falls in a like manner. Small magnetic flippers in the indicator housing rotate 180° and will show bright red to indicate liquid volume. The upper, unfilled volume of the vessel (vapour space) is indicated by the "silver" side of the flippers. (Black/Yellow, Red/White, and other colors are available upon request). Futhermore, the magnets within the flippers couple with each other +/- to prevent inadvertant flipping.
